United StatesThe people who responded to my request for an RMA wondered why I didn't want a replacement for the bent, wrinkled switchplate that arrived, apparently from a jobber. He or she seemed to think their product - thin copper folded over vinyl - was just wonderful. I eventually did receive the return instructions. The data they requested seems to indicate they do not have a good order management system. I paid over $8 to have it shipped to me. It was very poorly packaged, but then, this company is not one that is particularly good. Now, I have to pay the return shipping, which will cost me just over $7. So the total shipping is about $16; the sad switchplate cost $23. So all in all, this was A Really Bad Deal. I would say, Don't Do It! This is really just junk.
