Plate was fine but not what I needed. I returned it and other plates still waiting for refund

This is an old fashioned or classic plate. I needed an open toggle which is my fault for not noticing. I ordered two sets (for a complete bathroom) one in bright copper and one in antique copper. I don't know why the bright copper is so expensive. I ended up returning the bright copper only because the antique copper went better with the faucets as well as this wrong plate but have yet to get an acknowledgement of the return.
