Standard Returns
Most unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To receive a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Returns received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund and cannot be returned to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Free Returns with Redo
If you purchased Redo Return Protection during checkout, your return shipping is covered.
After initiating your return through our return portal, Redo will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Depending on your order, you may choose to receive:
- A refund
- Store credit
- An exchange, where available through the Redo portal
All returns remain subject to the guidelines outlined in this Return Policy.
Returns Without Redo
If you did not purchase Redo Return Protection at checkout, you may still return eligible merchandise within 30 days.
However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please do not return defective merchandise without contacting us first.
Instead, email info@wallplatewarehouse.com and include:
- Your 6-digit order number in the subject line
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
Our customer service team will review your claim and provide instructions as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest possible service, we do not process exchanges from notes or messages included with returned packages.
If you need a different item, simply:
- Place a new order on our website.
- Return the unwanted item separately, if eligible.
This allows your replacement order to ship immediately without waiting for the return to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Sale-priced merchandise
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or inadequate return packaging
Any non-returnable items received at our warehouse will not be refunded or returned.
Return Guidelines
To help us process your return quickly:
- Follow the instructions provided during the return authorization process.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Include your Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, information with your shipment.
- Do not write replacement requests or exchange instructions inside the package.
