Return Policy

What if I'm not completely satisfied with a product?
If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, you have 30 days to return the product upon receiving your order. We do not require a return authorization or RA#. Please allow two weeks for a credit to get applied from the date received by us. We do not send out exchanges based on messages or notes included with a return. A replacement order must be placed via our website and this new order will be a separate transaction from the returned order.

How do I return a product?
You are welcome to return unopened merchandise within 30 days of the date received. No opened merchandise will be refunded. Any opened items that are sent back to us will not receive credit and will not be returned to the customer.

  • No refund can be issued on damaged merchandise returned due to improper use or packing of the product by the consumer.
  • Do not return defective merchandise. You must email us first if your shipment arrives damaged! Be sure to include your 5-digit order number in the subject line of your email. Also be sure to include a detailed description of the problem along with supporting photos (If possible).
  • Any items marked with a sale price or clearance price cannot be returned under any circumstance. If they are returned, they will not be credited or sent back.
  • Returned orders totaling $500.00 or more will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Please provide the information below and include a copy of the original packing slip with your return. It is your responsibility to wrap the merchandise securely. Please use appropriate padding on fragile items and keep all pieces together. For your protection, we recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment:
  • 5-Digit Purchase Order (PO) number
  • Your first and last name
  • Ship-to address
  • Telephone number
  • Contact e-mail address
  • Product(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

You may return the product by any means you wish; however, we suggest First Class Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx or AirBorne Express because they provide ways of tracking the package to ensure delivery. After we have received the returned product, please allow up to 2 weeks for a credit to be issued to your credit card. We ask that all customers return to our website to place a new order for additional items. No written or typed requests sent along with returns will be fulfilled unless a new order is placed on our website. All orders need to be placed on our website so they can be processed and tracked without error on our behalf.
