The wallplate itself is fine, but it took three weeks to arrive. The shipping was a pretty penny so I expected it to arrive within the time frame they originally provided and if not, to be alerted to the delay. When I voiced my frustration and asked for a rebate for the shipping, I received a curt response simply saying they cannot refund the shipping cost. No apology. I won't be using them again even though I liked the product and wallplates are hard to find.
