I returned the plates unopened and did not receive a credit to my AMX account. They were returned with the FEDX shipping label you provided. I returned another plate via USPS with the label you provided (ordered the same day but an hour apart). It was refunded. Why was the larger order, returned in the same manner a the 1st, not credited back to my card?
