United StatesProduct great, return policy for a mistake... unforgiving
I have placed 2 orders of multiple plates overtime... Love the plates. During my bathroom remodel I pro actively ordered and did not realize i ordered the wrong configuration until it was time to use them. But was told it was to late for (not a refund) just a trade... so was forced to purchase a new one and keep the one that will never be used. Not great customer service really.

Very Nice Product! I ordered two for a room and was pleasantly surprised that the pattern wasn't duplicated on them. They even included dark screws to blend in. The one thing I would recommend is including a second set of longer screws in case they don't reach or you need to put a plate guard over the plate.
