I received item and realized the plug cut outs were wrong for my outlets. I needed one opening for 2 sockets. I looked in the online catalog and found they didn’t make what I needed. I called and was told I could exchange and I’d have to pay for shipping. I explained that they don’t have what I need. Too bad…I couldn’t have a refund. I ordered one of less quality from a box store and they mailed for free. I’ll donate my useless $14+ item to a thrift shop or the ReStore. Poof. Not impressed with their customer service. The rest that I’ll be needing as we renovate won’t be ordered from them, even if they have what I need.
